Shanghai July 21 (Gasgoo.com) Zhengzhou Nissan Auto revealed to the media that in the first six months, it achieved sales of 42,068 vehicles, up 70.23% year on year, doubling the industry average growth rate.

In addition to the high sales of pickup series models, the strategic model NV 200 played a pivotal role in Zhengzhou Nissan's high sales volume.

At the beginning of 2010, Zhengzhou Nissan officially released the NV200 model, planning to take this opportunity to transform its business from commercial cars to passenger cars.

Zhengzhou Nissan aims to sell 100,000 vehicles in 2010 and 200,000 vehicles in 2012.

With its second plant to begin production in September, the annual production capacity of 120,000 vehicles will greatly ease the current capacity pressure and will provide capacity support to the accomplishment of the fourth quarter's and the annual sales targets.
