Audi to bring over A1 later this year

Gasgoo.com (Shanghai July 4) - Audi will begin exporting its A1 subcompact to China this October, the Beijing News reported today.

Audi will first be bringing over the standard 1.4T A1 (pictured above). The car will come with 6-speed manual and 7-speed DSG automatic transmission options. The A1 will compete directly with the Mini Cooper and Mini Cooper S.

In other news, Audi will also be bringing over the standard 3.0L A7, with the Sportback version will coming over later in December. Being among the manufacturer's newest vehicles, the A7 (pictured below) is built on an entirely platform, which will be also be used for the upcoming A6L.
