Audi AG and Ducati elect new board and executive committee

AGI (Rome) - Audi AG finalizes its acquisition of all the shares of Ducati Motor Holding through its wholly owned Automobili Lamborghini. The General Shareholders Meeting of Ducati Motor Holding appointed a new Board of Directors comprising AUDI AG CEO Rupert Stadler, who was nominated Chairman of the Board, and Board members Gabriele Del Torchio and Claudio Domenicali on behalf of Ducati and Horst Glaser and Axel Strotbek from AUDI AG. The Board then appointed Gabriele del Torchio the Managing Director of DMH. The same meeting appointed the Executive Committee of Ducati Motor Holding, of which Gabriele Del Torchio was nominated President. The Executive Committee comprises the Company's Board members and top management. AUDI AG also decided to appoint Gabriele Del Torchio to the Board of Directors of Automobili Lamborghini. . .
