Tesla Be Complained By Chinese Customer, Has Been Disputed Continuously in China

As a new brand, it new market development normally is not very smooth. Tesla is widely welcomed around the world, but in China, its development road is very stiff. Recently, Tesla has been complained by several Chinese customers.

On April 14, 23 Tesla customers in Beijing submitted their lawyer's letter to Tesla. The lawyer’s letter points out that Tesla changes its car delivery sequence without noticing customers. The action does not fulfill its obligation, and constitutes “fictitious promise”.

The problems begin from April this year some customers in Beijing and Shanghai have received their cars. However some customers submitted their subscription has not received their cars. Meanwhile, salesman of Tesla has promised to delivery cars by order sequence before. No customer of Tesla has received anything about car delivery sequence change.

Some customer dials Tesla staff in China to query about the reason. The answer is staff is not enough, which cause no time to open more service centre out of Beijing and Shanghai. Salesman of Tesla ask customer to contact with car delivery department of Tesla, and refuse to answer any further questions.

WU Bixuan, vice president of Tesla has receive complains from Chinese customer. She says last week that the argue point is customer wants to have their car in advance, but Tesla insists to delivery cars until their region owns certain charge station and grid network.

WU Bixuan mails that Tesla insists to make sure that every single customer will enjoy it’s in time service with suitable electronic charge station or facility. At present, Tesla trains many 3rd part electrician team. It is expected to push its service spots building as early as this summer holiday in some cities such as Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu and Hangzhou.
