BAIC plans to quit Beijing Autoliv

Gasgoo.com (Shanghai Apr. 22nd) – In accordance with the information from Beijing property exchange, 49% of Beijing Autoliv stock rights is being transferred and the price is 26,492,800 Yuan.

Beijing Autoliv was founded in 2006, which was joint venture enterprise and whose registered capital was 4 million dollars. The business scope includes manufacturing and assembling safety belts and providing related components and technology service. At present, Sweden Autoliv holds 51% of stock and BAIC holds the left. This transfer is operated by BAIC and Sweden Autoliv will has preemption right.

In accordance with financial data, the operation revenue of Beijing Autoliv was 181,176,600 Yuan and the net profit was 8,543,800 Yuan in 2014. In first 3 months of 2015, the operation revenue was 32,050,300 Yuan and the loss of net profit was 912,100 Yuan. Regarding Sep. 30th, 2014 as base date of assets evaluation, the book value of whole property was 110,660,400 Yuan and assessed value was 112,460,400 Yuan; the book value of net property was 52,267,000 Yuan and the assessed value was 54,067,000 Yuan.
