Zhidou electric car will be widely used by time leasing model to solve the promotion problem

Gasgoo.com (Shanghai Apr. 22nd) – The president of Xindayang science and technology of electric cars Ltd, Mr. Bao, has set the sales target of Zhidou (ZD) electric car on over 20,000, after the sales volume of 7,400 in 2014. The target was set due to time leasing model brought from overseas markets in China private car market by Mr. Bao. He predicted one thirds of ZD sales volume would be from leasing business.

ZD was regarded as low speed electric car due to the lack of passenger car manufacture qualification caused by imperfect policies. But Mr. Bao hopes ZD could become real electric car and sold well in China and even in the world. So R&D investment has been increased for product performance of ZD, which has reached testing standards of electric car and the continuation is about 150 kilometers, which could satisfy the demand of private car customers whose driving distance per day is within 80 kilometers. ZD electric cars could be repaired for free within guarantee period and the lithium battery with less than 70% quantity could be recycled by XINDAYANG.

After the upgrade of product and service, the commercial model becomes the urgent problem need to be solved. The successful time leasing model in Italy has been brought in China. This model was attempted to operate firstly in Yinan, Shandong on Mar. 31st. The leasing conditions of ZD electric cars were identity card and deposit of 2,000 RMB and charging standard was 0.3 RMB per minute.

Industry experts figure the time leasing model of electric cars has extended from provincial capital to other cities, which provides the opportunity of rapid expansion for ZD. It is reported the model is very similar with public bicycle model in many cities. The usage rate of electric cars in time leasing model could increase by 2 to 3 times and the cost is only 20% of traditional cars. And this model also solves the continuous problem, providing more opportunities for customers to experience electric cars.
