Dongfeng Honda: CIVIC won't come to China this year

On April 18, Dongfeng Honda Automobile held the new generation of Dongfeng Honda CR-V media conference in Shanghai. Dongfeng Honda launched three new generation CR-V models. Dongfeng Honda's new generation CR-V market retail price: 2.0L 217,800 Yuan, 2.4L 239,800 Yuan and 2.4L 252,800 Yuan. This year, new generation CR-V sales target is at 100,000 units to 125,000 units.

On the other hand, Dongfeng Honda sales network will extend from 125 franchised dealer shops to 200. Meanwhile, the company will also start a marketing strategy -- launching marketing activities based in different regions, and will participate at the 11 B-grade national auto show to promote sales.

Finally, Liu Yu said Dongfeng Honda has a tradition: one model one year. This year Dongfeng Honda's hit model is the new generation CR-V, so there will be no other new model to be launched, this means that a new CIVIC will not come to China this year.
