China made Mitsubishi ColtPlus to be launched next year

It is reported that Mitsubishi ColtPlus will be produced in Southeast Motor next year.

Mitsubishi ColtPlus, Taiwan China-Motor Company's new product, launched in Taiwan Province in March this year, priced at 499,000 to 619,000 NT in Taiwan region. This new model market price is extremely close to Toyotas Yaris in Taiwan.

Southeast Motor and Mitsubishi has set a target as early as the joint venture was established: sales rank top ten in the domestic automobile market. At present, a much-needed model will bring significant sales to reverse Southeast Motor's declining; Mitsubishi's ColtPlus is just the one.

Mitsubishi officials said the target requires some products with sales over 50,000 units, and the product is usually powered by 1.5L engines. Mitsubishi hopes Southeast Motor to introduce ColtPlus, and it is confirmed that ColtPlus will be launched in the domestic market next year.
