FAW-VW saw a significant growth in sales from Jan to Apr

The latest National Passenger Car Information Centre statistics showed that FAW-Volkswagen saw a 25.2% growth rate in the first 4 months. FAW-Volkswagen sold 137,346 units, an increase of 25.2% in which VW Brand sales were 106,588 units, an increase of 26.5%, Audi brand sales were 30,758 units, an increase of 21.0%.

For FAW-Volkswagen achievement, insiders said that it mainly benefited from FAW-Volkswagen two years effective reform and the company's product series has been continually perfected.

In 2006, annual sales volume successfully broke 350,000 units, Audi brand continues to occupy about half of the luxury car market share; Jetta once again became a single brand sales champion. So far, FAW-Volkswagen has accumulated sales of nearly two million units.
