Shanghai Maple got ECE certificate

It is reported that Haiyu 1.5 L produced by Shanghai Maple Automobile has successfully passed the vehicle collision test of ECE. China-made cars have to pass this test for export and the success pave the way for Shanghai Maple's oversea expansion.

ECE certificate was established in 1958 at Geneva and is issued by The United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE or ECE). Different automakers can choose to produce vehicles in compliance with different UN/ECE Regulations. ECE commission currently has 53 member countries, including Japan, Australia, South Africa and South Korea, etc
