Audi maintains its first place in CSI report
The CSI investigation, aiming to investigate customer satisfaction of after sales and vehicle maintenances of the auto brands, was conducted since 2001 professional consulting company named by J.D.Power.
There are seven factors considered in the investigation (in the sequence of weight): problems, services, delivery, service content, service experience, service consultation and service period. The total score is 1,000.
Audi achieved 828 in this year's CSI report, followed by Nissan and Buick.
The industry average score is 803, 5 score higher in comparison with that of 2006.
