Hankook sees 23.3% sales increase in China

Hankook Tire global sales revenue hit $ 938.9 million in the second quarter this year, posting a year-on-year increase of11.4%. By contrast, Hankook sales revenue in China grew 23.3% year-on-year over the same period, the company announced.

The auto tire industry community is worried that the increase of raw material costs will impact the development of tire makers. The price hike of raw material, has lead to a 10% price increase of tire products.
