Chrysler to expand sales network in China

Shanghai. August 20 (Gasgoo.com) – Chrysler will increase the number of its franchised dealerships up to 120 from 70 by the end of this year, Chrysler China announced yesterday.

The company said it will work with BBDC (Beijing Benz Daimler Chrysler) to expand sales network in China.

Under the company's plan, Chrysler China will start 30 new dodge brand dealers within the year.

Chrysler will seek to boost its image in China by huge investments in advertisement, Chrysler China's CEO Simon Elliott announced.

Chrysler China will introduce a new car model, Jeep Rubicon, to China in the first quarter next year. By the end of next year, 13 car models under three brands Dodge, Jeep and Chrysler will be introduced to China, the company announced.
