Peugeot appointed new General Manager

Peugeot (China) released that Mr. Pascal Meyer would take over former General Manager He Yalun whose tenure expired on 1st Jan, 2007.

Mr. Pascal Meyer has been the minister of marketing department of Dongfeng Peugeot. He participated in the establishment of Dongfeng Peugeot and sales network. After that he worked in department of international affairs administration of Peugeot in charge of brand promotion in non-European countries and providing supports to Peugeot high-level management on policy, service quality, marketing and the training of technology and sale.

The appointment means that Peugeot will strengthen its sales network further in China. Its imported car sales network is going to be expanded at the pace of 10 dealers annually in the coming 5 years.

Peugeot (China) integrated its China source comprehensively after its establishment on Oct, 2006 and paid more attention to sales network and new models. It just launched new 607 luxury car following coupe 407.
