Chang'an Ford Mazda to build 4 major parts bases

When the second factory is under constructionin in Nanjing, meanwhile Chang'an Ford Mazda is building parts warehouses in Beijing, Guangzhou and Shanghai to better service its parts purchasing. Besides, it also planning a new parts base in Nanjing, and a new transfer center is under construction in Wuhan. Previously Chang'an Ford Mazda only has one parts center in Chongqing.

Chang'an Ford Mazda's total sales in 2006 were 131,079 vehicles, 68,154 units over 2005, representing an increase of 108.3% YoY.,Tang De said clearly in an interview that Chang'an Ford Mazda, would not cut the price facing a more intense competition this year.

 
General manager of Chang'an Ford Mazda sales company Tang De expressed that market competition will help them to perfect their chain system, rather than to appoint more dealers. The industry average growth rate will slow down this year compared with last year and Chang'an Ford Mazda would accordingly slow down its development of franchiser dealer, about one dealer a week.
