Delphi and Shell join in

Recently, Goodyear and Shell (China) Ltd., Delphi Auto (China) Investment Co., Ltd., DuPont (China) Holdings Ltd. and other auto parts and maintenance products and retail companies signed a cooperation framework agreement in Xiamen, Fujian Province. Their products and services will cover 250 cities and nearly 700 Goodyear authorized service centers across the country. This is part of the Goodyear program to create so called "one stop for all" service.

According to the agreement, in addition to the retail channel and customer resources shared by two parties, they will also supply products, professional and technical support and training services mutually and carry out a comprehensive and in-depth cooperation, guarantee that a variety of automobile maintenance products can be bought in Goodyear authorized service centers, including tires, oil, batteries, auto cleaning parts, audio & video, DIY supplies and maintenance parts. Meng Xianguang, VP of Goodyear China Region sales stressed that this will promote the service quality of Goodyear retail network.
