One month after being launched in China, M-Benz C class receives orders of 1,000 units

Shanghai. December 27 (Gasgoo.com) - Daimler's premium Mercedes-Benz received orders of C-class sedans totaling 1,000 units within one month after the imported C class was launched in China.
 
Mercedes-Benz C-series sedan was launched in China on November 10, and latest reports showed positive response from customers.
 
The new Benz C-series will offer C200K, C280 editions and prices range between 398,000 yuan ($53,467) and 497,000 yuan ($66,767). The automaker also has a plan to locally produce the model in China in the beginning of next year.
 
In the first eleven months of this year, Mercedes-Benz sales rose 45 percent to 26,860 units in Great China (including Hong Kong and Macau). In the same period, Benz S-series sales rose 39 percent year on year to 9,100 units in Chinese mainland market.
