Car sales decline

PASSENGER car sales in China fell 1.66 percent to 543,551 units in January month on month. The Union of National Passenger Car Market Information, the data publisher, said yesterday the market was actually better due to fewer working days last month, among other factors. The figure was 24.64 percent higher from a year ago.
