CIAPE and Gasgoo.com forge strategic partnership

By joining hands with Gasgoo.com, CIAPE aims to build a top-notch exposition platform in the global auto parts industry.

China General Technology Group and Gasgoo.com, a renowned e-commerce portal of auto parts, have recently clinched a deal in Beijing for their strategic partnership. The China International Auto Parts Expo (CIAPE), held annually by the Ministry of Commerce of P. R. China, is country's only national-level exposition of global auto parts and after-market products.

This partnership will bring out the respective strengths of both CIAPE and Gasgoo.com in the auto parts market. By combining the professional exposition platform with the emerging electronic commerce, both sides will forge expansive and in-depth cooperation in auto-parts purchasing, resources-sharing, global marketing, and exposition-related activities. The deal is seen as the first step of the move by CIAPE to become one of the international top-notch auto-parts exposition platforms like APPEX and Automechanika.
 
CIAPE and Gasgoo.com will set up a joint work team to promote the special purchasing events by members from more than 60 auto guilds, auto associations in over 30 countries across the world. The two sides will also host match-making sessions for global auto-parts buyers and suppliers during CIAPE seasons. They will invite global buyers of accessory auto products who have purchase centers in China to the events and attract a great variety of after-market products buyers and suppliers. The two partners will also organize influential summit forums in the international auto parts industry.

Mr. Li Rengui, CEO of CIAPE's organizing committee, noted that the cooperation between CIAPE and Gasgoo.com is a partnership by two strong businesses and is sure to provide an excellent development platform for China's auto makers.

According to industry insiders, the joint work team of CIAPE and Gasgoo.com will launch their North America association and kick off auto-parts purchasers' promotion tour there in April.
