China's top 5 best-selling MPV brands in April
Shanghai, May 16 (Gasgoo.com) According to the statistics from China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, the top five best-selling PMV (multi-purpose vehicle) brands in April in the Chinese market are Buick GL8, Honda Odyssey, Jianghuai Refine, Dongfeng (Fengxing) Joyear and Shanghai VW Touran.

Of the five best sellers, the Buick GL8 rose from last month third place to number one this month. The Buick GL8 is a minivan sold by GM's Buick division in China. Released in 2000, the GL8 is essentially a rebadged Pontiac Montana.
The five MPV brands sold a total of 13,300 units, accounting 66% of all the MPV sales of that month in the China's auto market.
