Chery to roll out Eastar 6 and Higgo 3 in 2009

Shanghai, June 10 (Gasgoo.com) Chery plans to roll out Eastar 6 in July 2009 and Higgo 3 in March 2009, according to Chery insiders. The Eastar 6 is a high-end and high-quality official vehicle created by Chery Auto and Italian design company Bertone with the design idea of integrating the latest eastern and western auto features.

The front and rear suspension goes with a double wishbone CDC (Continuous Damping Control) suspension and a linkage stable bar CDC suspension respectively. The Associated Braking System comprises of the Driving brake, EPB, E-Gas and ESP delivers a good controlling performance and can provide the best security for drivers.

Besides, the Eastar 6 features a lot of luxury configurations such as Canbus OBD (On-Board Diagnostics), intellectual security system，Assyst Plus，Cruise control，Bluetooth hands-free system, EPB (Electrical Park Brake)and some other advanced equipment. 

Higgo 3, to be launched in July 2009, boasts a roomy cabin and updated styling to satisfy modern young people's demand of bravery, challenge, fashion and sports.

The chassis features a suspension system with double-front-axle and Rear Leaf-spring which can bear a capacity of bending and torque to the largest extent. The safety system includes the front dual airbags, Rear side airbags and ABS+EBD system. Various power train methods and also manual / automatic transmissions cater to different people.
