Shanghai, June 30 (Gasgoo.com) China passenger vehicle (PV) division of Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation (SAIC) has established its overseas business office to promote the exports of Roewe, MG and some other products, according to Jiang Jun, vice general manager of SAIC Passenger Vehicle Company.

The overseas business office is reportedly based on its previous Roewe foreign marketing department, but will also include MG exports as it has started the initial step of producing a small batch of TF sports car in Britain, reports the Beijing News.

The PV overseas business office of SAIC will focus on its own-brand vehicles exports. With research on the foreign market being still on the way, the office hasn’t been announced officially yet, said Jiang.

Yang Junhu, vice general manager of MG Company, disclosed that SAIC will sell the MG and SsangYong vehicles through their existing foreign sales network for promoting exports business.
