Sales of SAIC Own-Brand Vehicles boosts by more than 85%

SAIC Motor has done a really good job in this Guangzhou Auto Show, launching officially new energy SUV model in addition to the two new models. It completes the annual goal of 240,000 units in advance. At the same time, many new models are also about to be launched into the market to boost the stable growth of sales.

The new generation products of SAIC Motor becomes the absolute main contributor of this year's sales. Among those, the "Blue Core" (middle and low-emission engine) strategic models account for as high as 49%, the Internet vehicles account for 22%,  and the "Green Core" models, focusing on the new energy, account for 7%. SAIC own-brand vehicles in the future will focus on electrification, interconnection, intelligence and sharing. They will continue to deepen the adjustment of product structure, and will launch a number of new models, including Roewe i6 and MG ZS.
