Hongqi Brand Plans to Launch 8 New Models by 2020

Shanghai February 4th, 2017 Gasgoo - It's knows that the independent Hongqi brand will publicize its new brand image on Shanghai Auto Show this April. The facelift Hongqi model H7 will be launched in the middle of the year, and new car model H5 will be launched by the end of 2017. Besides, a big-size SUV will also be launched this year. Hongqi brand, which won its independent position in FAW Group last year, plans to launch 8 new and facelift models in the future three years.

Hongqi will launch an A-class BEV SUV, a middle-size bus and a B-class SUV in 2018. Hongqi plans to increase its annual sales volume to 50,000 units in three years. Currently, only one model H7 under Hongqi is on sale, the sales volume of which is about 4,800 units in 2016, a bit lower that 5,000 units in 2015.
