Sales of GAC Trumpchi grow 136% in Feb supported by GS8

Shanghai March 8th, 2017 Gasgoo-Official news show that supported by GS8’s good market performance, GAC Trumpchi sells 32,856 units in February, increasing 135.8% year-to-year. Although the growth is relatively smaller than the number in January, GAC also reaches a good result of selling total 79,075 units in the previous two months in 2047, showing a year-to-year growth of 85%.

GS4 still takes the lead in sales volume. But GS8 contributes most of the growth. Compared with the 9,418 units’ sales in January, GS8 faces a 25.6% decline to 7,005 units in February. GS8’s total sales in this year reach 16,423 units this year, and the total accumulative sales data reach 25,429 units since October, 2016.

GAC Trumpchi also carries out the new 2017 plan. It’s said that it will challenge the 500,000 units’ production and sales target in 2017. Therefore, full plans are made including the launching of 9 new models, in which alternative energy vehicles will be the main point.
