Shanghai, April 17, Gasgoo - Yin Tongyue resigned from the position of general manager in Chery automobile, replaced by executive vice president Chen An'ning. Chen An'ning was nominated by Yin Tongyue, chairman of the board, and this decision was approved by the board of directors at the board meeting. Chen An'ning is to be the general manager of Chery automobile Co., Ltd., and to be responsible for the daily operations of Chery automobile.

In 2009, Chen An'ning resigned from the position of senior executive in Ford Global and participated in Chery as a distinguished expert of “The Recruitment Program of Global Experts”;

The year of 2010 was the first year for Chery to integrate brand resources and to reform its R&D system. As the president of Chery Automotive Engineering Research Institute, he naturally shouldered the responsibility of Chery's over 30 models, as well as 12 tasks of the research institutes;

In 2013, iAUTO technology platform, led by Chen An'ning, was officially launched. At this time, Chery's V positive development system was also formed;

In 2014, Chen An'ning served as chairman of Chery Jaguar Land Rover as well as chairman of Qoros. He also led the construction of Chery Technical Center Shanghai(CTCS).

Yin Tongyue believes that under the leadership of Mr. Chen An'ning, Chery will further deepen the strategic transformation and enhance the system capacity so as to achieve the strategic objective of becoming an international first-class car brand.
