Chery to attend IAA for the first time, bringing a new product series

Shanghai September 11th, 2017 Gasgoo-It's revealed that several domestic auto brands including Chery and GWM WEY will attend the Frankfurt auto show held on September 12th this year. It's also reported that Chery Auto will bring an important SUV model M31T and launch a new high-end product series to the global market during its first attendance of the auto show.

It's known that the new compact SUV with code-name of“M31T”, adopts Cher's latest “Life in Motion”designing language and is expected to be sold in 2018.

“It's not only a model, but also a new series.”Chen Anning, CEO of Chery Auto told reporters. Different from Arrizo and Tiggo, Chery will launch a new series of high-end products in Frankfurt Auto Show to follow the consumption upgrade trend and aim at domestic high-end market in accordance with global standards.

It's known that Chery's new product series has four major characteristics, including the upgraded Life in Motion design, new M3X high-performance platform, equipping with Chery's third generation power system and intelligent connected functions co-developed with Baidu. The M3X platform will target in high-end models in the future, covering high-end compact models, middle-and-high-end SUV products, compact and middle-size cars and MPV models.

It's known that another three models including Tiggo 7, Tiggo 5 and Tiggo car concept SUV and three power plants will also be displayed on the auto show, representing Chery 2.0 products and 3.0 new products.
