Another senior management personnel change in Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On November 29, Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile (DPCA) announced another round of personnel changes. Zhou Yongchun, business deputy general manager will take the position of deputy party secretary. Li Guozhou, general manager of DPCA financing company, will fill Zhou’s shoes. At the beginning of this year, Lv Haitao, the then DPCA business deputy general manager, took office in group headquarters.

Information shows that Li Guozhou joined DPCA in 1995, and took the position of vice general manager DPCA financing company in January, 2011 and promoted to general manager in January, 2015. Zhou Yongchun also joined DPCA in 1995 and served as DPCA Xiangyang Factory leader from July, 2001 to July, 2013. He became purchasing deputy general manager in July, 2013.

The above personnel shift may help DPCA to advance in commercial policy reform. DPCA conducted reform and adjustments in commercial organizations in April and September this year to optimize sales management, decision mechanism and decrease five districts for double brands, further lifting market responding speed.

DPCA also improve SUV product layouts this year by launching new hot products such as SUV C5 Aircross, Peugeot 5008 and enhance Dongfeng Peugeot’s brand influence through transforming off-line stores to show a new and young brand image.
