Lynk & Co 03 spied with 1.5T engine

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- The Lynk & Co 03 was spied on a road test recently. According to the spied shots, the new model looks dynamic, sporty and unmistakable with a cocked spoiler, one exhaust pipe on both sides and special-designed tail lights.

According to the revealed information from Ministry of Information Technology, the Lynk & Co 03 is powered by a three-cylinder 1.5T engine, paired with a six-speed manual or a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. The 03 measures a length of 4639mm, a width 1840mm and a height 1460mm, featuring a wheelbase of 2730mm. Notably, the model will reportedly go on sale within this year.

The Lynk & Co 03 will offer three engine variants on its different model variants. Among the engines, the GB15T2 three-cylinder 1.5T engine will be manufactured in Volvo Cars Zhang Jiakou Engine Plant. The JLH-3G15TDC three-cylinder 1.5T engine  will be produced in Zhejiang Geely Luoyou Engine Co., Ltd. Mated with a six-speed manual transmission and a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission respectively, the two engines will feature a same displacement of 1477ml and also a rated power of 115kW. And the JLH-3G15TD three-cylinder 1.5T engine will have a rated power of 132kW, paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission.
