Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Lynk & Co, a Chinese-Swedish automotive brand owned by Zhejiang Geely Holding Group, recently released a group of photos of the Lynk & Co 03 Cyan Concept, which has currently started its road test in Spain. Its mass-produced vehicle, designed as the high-performance version of the existing Lynk & Co 03 will be unveiled at the Auto Shanghai 2019 in April.

The new concept is named after Cyan Racing, the official motorsport partner to Geely Group Motorsport and also the co-creator of the model. Inspired by the Volvo S60 sport sedan, the 03 Cyan Concept adopts the classic cotton-candy blue for its exterior.

The new model still retains Lynk & Co's signature diagonal headlights, while the tusk-designed fog lights render an aggressive front fascia. The sooty dual-five-spoke rims coupled with 6-piston calipers with 378 mm ventilated discs front and 2-piston calipers with 290 mm ventilated discs rear deliver a great sense of sports.

The Lynk & Co 03 Cyan Concept road car has been developed by largely the same team that developed the previous concept cars of Cyan Racing, such as the 450-hp Volvo C30 Concept and the 508-hp Volvo S60 Concept.

According to Cyan Concept's official introduction, the new vehicle will be powered by a 4-cylinder 2.0-litre turbocharged engine that pumps out 528hp at 7,800 rpm. Thanks to such powertrain and smarter aerodynamics design for the front face, the concept can sprint from 0-100km/h within only 4.4 seconds.
