Lynk & Co 06 PHEV revealed
Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Geely's young brand, Lynk & Co, has already put three PHEV models onto markets, namely, the PHEV spin-offs of the Lynk 01, 02 and 03. Recently, the Lynk 06 PHEV has been seen in a set of patent images disclosed by China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT).
The photo reveals a compact SUV with Lynk & Co's familiar front fascia. However, some nuances are quite evident. For example, the daytime running lights are smaller and the black panel around headlights is narrower than that of its siblings.
Around back is where the 06 looks different from the existing 01, 02 and 03. It lacks the hockey stick-shaped taillights of the 01, 02 and 03, instead featuring taillights with a trailing line. Unlike the concealed exhaust pipes for fuel-burning version, the PHEV packs a layout with a single pipe on each side.
The 06 PHEV is smaller than the 01 SUV, measuring 4,340mm long, 1,820mm wide and 1,625 mm tall with a wheelbase spanning 2,640 mm.
Under the hood is a turbocharged plug-in hybrid powertrain that is comprised of a 1.5-litre three-cylinder engine and an electric motor. Of that, the engine is good for 130kW and 265 N·m of peak torque. Fuel consumption recorded by the MIIT is 1.5L/100km.
Besides, the photos revealed also show that the 06 will be available with optional rims, fog light, rear parking sensors, ACC (adaptive cruise control), rear bumper and panoramic sunroof (photo source: the MIIT).
