Preview of Great Wall Motor’s products at Auto China 2020

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Great Wall Motor (GWM) announced earlier this week the products it is going to showcase at the Beijing International Automotive Exhibition 2020 (Auto China 2020). Four major brands—Haval, ORA, Great Wall Pickup and WEY—will all have heavyweight models exhibited at the show.

The Haval Dagou (meaning “big dog” in Chinese) will formally hit the market on the eve of the Auto China. As a significant strategic model built on GWM's Lemon platform, the Haval Dagou has already grabbed the attention of many consumers by virtue of its power aesthetics, outstanding product competency and novel marketing method.

Built on the Lemon platform as well, the Haval-branded compact SUV code-named A01 will make its world's debut at the motor show. Besides, the third-generation Haval H6 and the 2021 Haval F7/F7x, which went on sale not long ago, will head for the Auto China.

The BEV-focused ORA brand will begin the presale of the ORA Haomao (meaning “good cat” in Chinese) at the show and the Haomao GT will be firstly seen by the public.

Notably, GWM will unveil at the Auto China a NEV pickup model—the P Series Pickup EV. The new EV pickup will carry the world's first coaxial integrated electronic drive axle that can pump out up to 150kW and 300 N·m, and offers a range of 405km.

WEY plans to exhibit various trim levels of the Tank 300 SUV with more new information to be released then. Moreover, the WEY VV7 GT Brabus, the VV& Technology, the 2021 VV6 and the 2021 VV5 will be collectively placed at the Auto China's stage.
