GAC Honda sold 87,786 new vehicles last month, a 21.7% increase from a year earlier, maintaining a rising momentum from June. For the first nine months, the automaker logged a 5.69% year-on-year decline with 550,565 vehicles sold.

“GAC Honda's overall production and sales volumes were bruised by the coronavirus pandemic in February and March, while they evidently recovered in both second and third quarters,” said Yuan Xiaohua, vice general-manager of GAC Honda, at the Auto China 2020.  “Under the current overall sales situation, GAC Honda is capable of normally pushing ahead with the works of channel services, production preparation and supply chain, striving to realize a year-on-year growth in the full-year sales,” he added.
