Li Auto sets up 16 delivery centers in September
Beijing (Gasgoo)- China’s new energy vehicle innovator Li Auto set up sixteen new direct delivery centers domestically in September, seven of which are official delivery centers and nine cooperation delivery centers.

As of September 28, Li Auto has established 55 direct delivery centers covering 53 cities in China, and according to the automaker, its delivery network is still expanding.

Shen Yanan, the president of Li Auto, said on the 2021 WICV (World Intelligent Connected Vehicle Conference) several days ago, Li Auto has delivered 81,773 units of its featured Li ONE model to date.
According to the president, despite the hybrid nature of the Li ONE, the model was primarily used as a battery-electric vehicle since most users prefer to drive via the electric mode, under the premise of traveling within 100 kilometers. Shen Yanan said, for instance, in Beijing, there are 5,000 Li ONEs on the road, and the vehicle is used as a substitute for fossil-fueled vehicles entirely.
The automaker’s financial report of the second quarter showed a quarterly revenue of RMB5.04 billion ($780 million), in line with its market expectation of RMB5.01 billion ($776 million). Net loss for the quarter was RMB235.5 million ($36.47 million) while the company’s auto sales surged 41.6% from the previous quarter to RMB4.9 billion ($758.76 million).
