ARCFOX KAOLA baby-care EV kicks off delivery in Shanghai, Chengdu, Ningbo cities

Beijing (Gasgoo)- On October 21, following Wuhan, Nanjing, Chongqing, and Hangzhou, KAOLA, an electric baby-care vehicle from BAIC BJEV’s ARCFOX brand, was officially delivered to Shanghai customers.

Simultaneously, the "KAOLA Hug Family Club" was officially inaugurated in the Shanghai region, offering a platform for KAOLA users to connect and share experiences.

With a price range of 131,800 yuan to 169,800 yuan, the KAOLA has sweetened the deal with an exclusive "Gift Package" for users. The package includes a 3-year, 100,000-yuan zero-interest financial equity, a 5-year/120,000-kilometer vehicle warranty, a lifetime warranty for the three core electric components, three years of unlimited free data, lifetime free OTA upgrades, and lifetime intelligent home charging station installation service. Additionally, BAIC BJEV vehicle owners can enjoy an exclusive 5,000-yuan trade-in subsidy.

The launch event took place not only in Shanghai but also in Chengdu and Ningbo cities on the same day. In the coming weekends, KAOLA plans to host delivery ceremonies in several more cities.

From presales and market launch to deliveries, the ARCFOX KAOLA has moved with remarkable speed, fulfilling its promise of "launch and deliver." In less than two months, it received an impressive 5,206 orders during the presales phase and garnered 943 orders on the day of its official launch. These numbers continue to surge as new records are set.

As a baby-care vehicles, the KAOLA prioritizes safety and health with its innovative features. It incorporates non-silver ion organic antibacterial agents developed in collaboration with the Chinese Academy of Sciences, effectively eliminating over 99.99% of bacteria and viruses. Custom mercury-free ultraviolet sterilization lamps ensure medical-grade disinfection in just 15 minutes. These advanced technologies guarantee a supremely healthy environment for the little ones during their journey.

Moreover, the KAOLA adopts a "One-Meter Perspective" in its design, extending the side air curtains to accommodate children's heads. The volume of these curtains is increased by 12% to 37 liters. For structural integrity, KAOLA uses hot-formed steel as the framework for the left rear door, achieving a torsional stiffness of 37,400Nm/deg, surpassing numerous luxury models. Reinforced side doors with a collision beam strength of up to 1,500Mpa create a secure fortress, enhancing safety for all passengers.
