Hyperview, HuaAn Securities form comprehensive partnership

Beijing (Gasgoo)- Hyperview, the Chinese developer of autonomous driving solutions for commercial vehicles, and HuaAn Securities have recently inked a comprehensive cooperation framework agreement in pivotal sectors, including Hyperview's significant industries and major projects.

The collaboration will encompass multi-channel, all-encompassing financing, and premium financial services for enterprises, industries, and projects, establishing a comprehensive new strategic partnership to foster mutual development.

Per the agreement, both parties will unite to promote Hyperview and its affiliated companies in the capital market. HuaAn Securities, leveraging its expertise and experience in both domestic and international capital markets, will proactively provide multi-channel, all-encompassing financing, and high-quality financial services tailored to Hyperview's strategic development needs. These services will cover financial advisory, investment banking, equity investment, think-tank support, and inclusive financial services.

Hyperview is a full-stack autonomous driving solution service provider, equipped with a wholly independent development platform for vehicle-grade autonomous driving, complete software algorithms, and a comprehensive system integration capability. This allows the company to deliver customized high-performance intelligent driving solutions to meet various customer demands, empowering L1-L4 intelligent driving throughout the entire life cycle. 

Both parties have embarked on in-depth discussions surrounding their cooperation model and have unanimously agreed to use the signing of the comprehensive cooperation framework agreement as an opportunity to tighten their collaboration. This will include close communication and the establishment of a regular working group communication mechanism, enabling extensive coordination in fund investments, talent recruitment, investment banking services, industry research, and more.
