Skyworth Auto to supply auto parts to Nanjing Golden Dragon Bus
Skyworth Group announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on the evening of March 6 that its indirectly non-wholly-owned subsidiary, Skyworth Auto, has entered into a procurement agreement with Nanjing Golden Dragon Bus on March 6, 2024. According to the agreement, Skyworth Auto will supply auto parts manufactured by it to Nanjing Golden Dragon Bus upon receiving purchase orders from Nanjing Golden Dragon Bus, from March 6, 2024, to December 31, 2024, with an annual cap of 20 million yuan (equivalent to HKD 22 million).
