Shanghai, July 31 (Gasgoo.com) The first batch of 30 Landwind Fenghua vehicles of the Jiangling Motors Co (JMC) will be exported to the Middle East with the Changan logo, Beijing News reported today, citing an executive of Changan Auto.

The JMC Landwind SUVs will be transferred to Changan Auto's global business and will be exported under the Changan logo in the future. The Fenghua vehicles will be renamed "Gala" as their exports start from the Middle East, and then expand to all other foreign markets except Europe, America, Japan, Korea and India.

As the Landwind model hasn't ever passed the crash test in Europe, analysts pointed out that Landwind exports using the Changan logo apparently aim to get rid of the negative influence brought by its past crash results, but it is unknown whether Landwind products will be able to pass the market test.
