Geely Auto sales volume increases 41% in July

Geely Automobile Holdings has announced that the total sales volume of the group's five 91%-owned subsidiaries was 15,789 units in July 2008, up 40.5% over July 2007.
 
For the first seven months of 2008, the total sales volume of the five subsidiaries was 122,735 units, up 28.7% over the same period of 2007, achieving 53.4% of their full year sales volume target of 230,000 units.

The company has exported approximately 6,000 cars in July 2008. The sales volumes of the Free Cruiser, Kingkong and Vision models were over 7,100 units, 4,900 units and 900 units, respectively, in July 2008. These three models accounted for about 82% of the total sales volume during in July 2008.
