China’s NavInfo, Cennavi unveil MineData 3.0 location big data platform

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Chinese navigation service provider NavInfo and its 90%-owned subsidiary Cennavi jointly launched the location big data platform MineData 3.0 on July 25, according to NavInfo.

In June of 2017, the Beijing-based navigation map developer officially released MineData big data platform, which is now operated by Cennavi, a professional big data company under NavInfo. The platform focuses on building location cloud service, provides a whole set of data aggregation and distribution, visualization, scientific research, engineering and business big data solution for users, forms the big data ecological closed loop and finally serves the vertical field comprehensively, according to Cennavi’s introduction. Businesses include Data HIVE, MineMap, MineLab, MineNavi, MinePlay and MineSolution.

“The newly-launched 3.0 version boasts all-new upgrades in terms of data management, visualization capability, core algorithm and other levels over the 2.0 platform,” said Yang Laitu, deputy general manager of Cennavi.

Powered by outstanding customization ability, and core advantages in rendering of high-performance scenarios and integration of multi-dimension spaces, MineMap 3.0's 3D visualization solution supports the demonstration of 3D rendering for various data and can satisfy users' demands on system development and help them reduce cost with its unique services like spatial analysis tool and big data visualization. 

Based on MineData, an all-new open platform dubbed MineStudio that integrates data, algorithm, computing and service was unveiled at the same time.

Targeting multifarious application scenarios, MineData also released a series of integral solutions for such industries or jobs as transportation, traffic warden, insurance and planning.

At the launching ceremony, NavInfo concluded a strategic cooperation agreement with Hikvision, a Hangzhou-based provider of CCTV and video surveillance. Based on Hikvision's strengths in security & protection products, algorithm and solutions, both parties will jointly research and develop solutions for smart traffic and industrial park.
