NXP Semiconductors partners with China’s ArcherMind

Beijing (Gasgoo)- China’s automotive intelligence company ArcherMind inked a cooperation agreement with NXP Semiconductors, officially forming a profound partnership.

ArcherMind disclosed that the duo would work on vehicles’ intelligence, connectivity, and the integration of software/hardware, creating smart domain controllers and high-performance computing platforms that are more flexible, convenient, and safe.  

As NXP’s partner, ArcherMind will be licensed to use NXP’s relevant technologies. Leveraging ArcherMind’s technology accumulation and insights, the company plans to build prospective Fusion SOA smart domain control software platform, offer domain controller-related solutions that integrate various scenarios. ArcherMind aims to solve the complex adaption and tech support challenge, satisfying the auto industry’s different demands of technology under different scenarios.

The duo will join forces to provide one-stop technological service targeting the underlying software problem for automakers and Tier1 suppliers. In the meantime, the partners will offer customization for clients based on their needs and R&D capabilities and improve software’s reuse rate.
