piaAI is an industrial software developed by PIA, which applies artificial intelligence to assist decision making, and is installed in the high-end equipment developed and produced by the company according to the customer's demand, or used for the intelligent improvement of the customer's production line. The software combines PIA's long-accumulated industry experience with artificial intelligence algorithms to achieve self-determination and self-optimization of production lines and improve overall production efficiency.

Application

At present, the software development and application are still in the primary stage. In terms of empowering customer production, the upgrade of self-researched industrial software through artificial intelligence realizes continuous production efficiency improvement of production lines, optimization of assembly process, improvement of assembly materials and realization of flexible manufacturing, etc.

Prospect

With the maturity of AI, PIA will increase R&D investment in this area and apply AI more widely.
