Desay SV, SAIC Motor, AutoChips join forces to create global cockpit platform

Beijing (Gasgoo)- On September 14, DesaySV, SAIC Motor Overseas Intelligent Mobility Technology Co., Ltd. ("SOIMT", the overseas entity of SAIC Motor), and AutoChips signed a strategic cooperation agreement to leverage their respective leading technologies and develop a global cockpit platform.

The next-generation cockpit platform "GuoXin V5/GXV5" is tailored for overseas users. It relies on SOIMT' extensive global connected vehicle ecosystem, cloud services, and robust data security capabilities. It incorporates AutoChips' next-generation AC8025 chip to provide efficient computing and advanced communication capabilities. Supported by DesaySV's powerful system software, functional software technology, and hardware platform, it will better adapt to the diverse behaviors and demands of overseas users. The three parties will actively build the new cockpit platform "GuoXin V5/GXV5," aiming to achieve mass production by the second quarter of 2024.

Desay SV is committed to customer-centric development. It will enhance the platform's computing power, upgrade the operating system, expand storage space, and meet user demands for multimodal interaction and multi-screen entertainment while complying with EU regulations such as R155 and R156 and information security requirements. This will further enhance the user driving and riding experience.
