MINIEYE-affiliated smart cabin tech company nabs nearly 10 million dollars in Series A financing

Beijing (Gasgoo)- Minsight (Hangzhou Ruijian Zhixing Technology Ltd.), a subsidiary of the Chinese intelligent driving solutions developer MINIEYE, recently announced the successful completion of a Series A financing round with Fortune Light Capital as the sole investor, who poured in nearly 10 million dollars.

The freshly raised capital is earmarked for the R&D of intelligent cabin products and expanding production capacity. The company has chosen to establish its operations in the Qiantang New Area of Hangzhou city.

Minsight specializes in the R&D of intelligent cabin perception and interaction solutions, offering core functionalities such as Driver Monitoring Systems (DMS) and Occupant Monitoring Systems (OMS). Minsight actively caters to six key scenarios, providing proactive services, including individual recognition, safety handover, seamless vehicle entry, child care, multi-user entertainment, and health monitoring. These features not only ensure passenger safety but also deliver a more comfortable, personalized, and entertaining cabin experience.

The core team at Minsight possesses extensive R&D experience and a rich project portfolio in fields such as artificial intelligence and visual perception. With leading technological capabilities and a knack for adapting to a global landscape, Minsight’s products have already achieved mass production via dozens of vehicle models. The company has also secured certifications, including the European Union's Driver Drowsiness and Attention Warning (DDAW) regulation, facilitating successful exports to overseas markets, including Europe.
