The duo aims to fortify a robust security perimeter for automotive clients, introducing a China-made solution based on YTMicro's 32Bit automotive-grade MCU chip and Uni-Sentry's HSM information security firmware product. The solution targets the core layer of in-vehicle controller information security protection and an integrated vehicle information security defense system.
This innovative solution ensures ECU identity authentication source reliability, encryption of ECU data for secure storage and transmission, and integrity verification during ECU software updates. It meets the entire vehicle ECU lifecycle's security and trust management demands, addressing typical application scenarios like secure booting, secure communication (SecOC), secure diagnostics, secure storage, secure debugging, and key management. It is built to prevent risks such as data tampering, leakage of sensitive data, and falsification of core data.
Uni-Sentry's HSM information security firmware for automotive controller chips operates from the ECU controller MCU chip level, effectively implementing anomaly detection and defense mechanisms at the business level for in-vehicle controllers. With near-zero false-positive rates in detecting abnormal behavior, it supports deployment in mainstream MCU chips, catering to flexible customization demands for "real-time blockade + customized blockade.," said the company.
