Baidu Apollo Go permitted to charge fares with unmanned Robotaxi in Shenzhen’s Bao’an District
Beijing (Gasgoo)- On January 31, Baidu's autonomous driving ride-hailing platform (Robotaxi service), Apollo Go, received the license for the intelligent connected vehicle unmanned commercial trial in Shenzhen's Bao'an District.

This milestone allows Apollo Go to initiate fully autonomous commercial operations and charge fares in the Bao'an area of Shenzhen, following its successful deployment in the Pingshan District.
In recent years, Apollo Go has been steadily expanding its presence across various cities, currently serving Beijing, Shenzhen, Wuhan, and Chongqing with fully unmanned Robotaxi fleets. The platform's fully autonomous ride-hailing services offer commuters a reliable option for convenient and safe travel.
