SiEngine launches AD1000 advanced intelligent driving chip

Beijing (Gasgoo)- SiEngine recently launched its latest innovation, the AD1000 chip, targeting the all-scenario advanced intelligent driving field.

The AD1000 continues SiEngine's strategy of aiming high, positioning itself against the most advanced international smart driving products. It boasts impressive CPU performance, AI computing power, ISP processing capabilities, and NPU local storage capacity. 

Built on a 7nm automotive-grade process and compliant with AEC-Q100 standards, the AD1000 boasts a multi-core heterogeneous architecture, delivering robust intelligent driving computing power. With a CPU computing power of over 250 KDMIPS and an NPU computing power of up to 256 TOPS, it can achieve a maximum computing power of 1,024 TOPS through multi-chip collaboration. 

Integrated with high-performance VPA and ISP, and equipped with an ASIL-D functional safety island and rich interfaces, the AD1000 can comprehensively meet the requirements of L2 to L4 intelligent driving functions.
