Momenta launches advanced intelligent driving solution based on NVIDIA DRIVE Orin

Beijing (Gasgoo)- On April 25, 2024, autonomous driving solution developer Momenta announced the official launch of its advanced intelligent driving solution based on the NVIDIA DRIVE Orin chip.

The new solution delivers high-level autonomous driving functions such as all-scenario urban navigation assistance at an excellent BOM (bill of material) cost, without relying on high-definition maps, achieving the capability of "driving nationwide, on any road."

The solution unveiled by Momenta is equipped with the NVIDIA DRIVE Orin intelligent driving chip, covering full ADAS functionality and supporting advanced autonomous driving features such as HNP (highway navigation pilot), UNP (urban navigation pilot), LPNP memory parking navigation assistance, and PNP (parking navigation pilot).

With an 11V1R1L sensor setup, the hardware system's BOM cost is more controllable, making it possible to deploy urban navigation assistance functions as standard on vehicles. Vehicles equipped with this solution are set to enter mass production and hit the market within this year, offering competitive performance and cost.

Momenta, leveraging its extensive experience in mass production on the NVIDIA DRIVE Orin platform, as well as its mature toolchain system and chip adaptation process, becomes the world's first intelligent driving solution provider to mass deliver urban navigation assistance functions based on a single NVIDIA DRIVE Orin chip.

In the solution released this time, Momenta also incorporates the first China-made mass-delivered end-to-end intelligent driving large model, integrating perception and planning capabilities, thereby improving the continuity and performance of intelligent driving products.
