ASENSING to supply high-precision positioning system to global luxury car brand

Beijing (Gasgoo)- Chinese high-precision positioning system supplier ASENSING Technology ("ASENSING") announced that it recently secured a supply deal with an overseas luxury car brand for its premium vehicle platform, marking another milestone in the company's overseas expansion.

As the first domestic high-precision positioning system supplier to directly enter the supply chains of global automakers, ASENSING has forged partnerships with major auto brands, including Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Toyota, Volvo, and smart. Since initiating its global business strategy in 2022, ASENSING plans to deliver various types of positioning systems for multiple global platforms over the coming years, bringing advanced Chinese smart driving technology to users worldwide.  

To meet surging demand, ASENSING is ramping up production. It has delivered over 1.7 million sets of positioning systems to date, including inertial measurement unit (IMU) modules, satellite-based GNSS modules, and high-precision positioning assemblies like P-Box. In December 2024 alone, the company delivered more than 250,000 sets of products. Shipments of modules and P-Box systems have been evenly matched this year.  

Domestically, ASENSING holds orders from automakers such as Li Auto, BYD, Geely/ZEEKR, NIO, Leapmotor, and others.
