Li Auto reports weekly deliveries of around 9,600 vehicles in 49th week of 2023

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On December 5, Chinese new energy vehicle (NEV) maker Li Auto released its new car sales data for the 49th week of 2023 (November 27 - December 3).

The past week saw Li Auto's weekly sales reaching around 9,600 units. Built upon this sales performance, Li Auto reiterated its commitment to the ambitious monthly sales target of 50,000 units for December.

Official data shows that in the just-concluded November, Li Auto delivered a total of 41,030 new vehicles, marking a remarkable year-on-year spike of 172.9%. This achievement represents the second consecutive month for the automaker to surpass the 40,000-unit mark. Furthermore, as of November 30, the company has already hit its annual sales target of 300,000 units, with a cumulative delivery of 325,677 units so far this year.

As of now, cumulative deliveries of Li Auto's three models—the Li L7, L8, and L9—have collectively surpassed 350,000 units. Each model has surpassed the 100,000-unit milestone in cumulative deliveries.

In addition to its existing lineup, Li Auto made waves at the Auto Guangzhou 2023 in November by officially unveiling its first all-electric model, the Li MEGA. The vehicle's blind pre-orders, with a deposit of 5,000 yuan, commenced during the event. Officials stated that the vehicle's price would be below 600,000 yuan, with an official announcement slated for this month. The display model is set to arrive in stores in January next year, with deliveries to commence in late February.

As of November 30, 2023, the company had 398 retail stores in 136 cities, as well as 320 servicing centers and Li Auto-authorized body and paint shops operating in 209 cities. Of them, 36 direct-sale retail stores and 3 delivery centers were opened in November alone.
